This project involves multiple steps and uses several zippers, making it suitable for those confident in their sewing skills.

DESCRIPTION:

The Stitchback TSA1 is a backpack designed specifically for travel. The size meets most airlines requirements for a "personal item" meaning it can fit comfortably under an airline seat.

The bag can be carried in several ways in addition to backpack mode. The shoulder straps can be tucked away behind the back panel, and the bag can be carried as a briefcase. A pass-through opening in the back panel allows the bag to slide over the handle of a rolling suitcase and be carried that way as well.

The bag features a front pocket with an organizer panel, as well as a small zippered pocket inside the main compartment. There are also attachment points for an optional external water bottle pocket, and an interior laptop sleeve. (Patterns available separately.)
