This listing is for a digital download of a PDF file that includes a full size pattern and instructions. The pattern is formatted to be printed on 8.5x11" paper. a 36×48” layout is also included for large format printing.

DESCRIPTION:

The Stitchback "Rear Rack Bag" or "BP6" is a minimalist bag designed to attach to the top of a rear rack. It features a single compartment that is accessed through an opening on the back end of the bag. The pattern also includes an optional liner bag designed to fit nicely inside. The drawstring closure on the liner bag combined with the roll top closure on the outer bag result in a water resistant system.

The Rear Rack Bag attaches to the bike rack by way of two webbing straps which wrap the top bar of the rack. This design is compatible with most racks. (Some adjustment may be needed to fit your particular rack.) The bag utilizes a plastic stiffener in the bottom of the bag to help the bag sit flat on the rack. D-rings on top of the bag allow a bungee lashing system to be added if desired.
