DESCRIPTION:
The Stitchback Canyon Rope bag otherwise known as "CNYN2" is a rope bag designed specifically for use in canyoneering. A unique hide-away hipbelt allows the rope to be carried around the waist similar to a lumbar pack, but can be tucked away when not needed.
The bag has dual openings for convenient access to either end of the rope. Mesh is used on the openings to allow water to drain quickly, and foam inserts help the bag to float and add comfort while carrying.
With a volume of approximately 11 liters, the bag is sized to fit a 36 meter, 9.2mm rope such as an Imlay Canyonero or other similarly sized ropes. It is designed to be paired with the CNYN1 backpack which can be worn above the CNYN2.*
*Note: The CNYN1 backpack is designed to be worn high on the back and will fit differently than most typical backpacks. Those with a short torso may not be able to wear both the CNYN1 and CNYN2 packs at the same time.
FEATURES:
- Hide-away hipbelt
- Dual drawstring openings
- Foam inserts for buoyancy and comfort
- Dual grab handles
- Internal rope attachment loops
- Mesh for quick draining
- Size approximately 13" wide x 8" diameter
